Okay, seeing as how the original picture was ass (sorry for the cursing, ladies), I decided to redraw it and add color digitally. I kept most stuff intact, but I fixed several issues in character's outfits, hair, and the like. (I can't believe I went so far as to forget Big Boss' beard in the original. His BEARD) I also changed Meryl's pose, but I don't think the result looks any less awkward.
The background is the original picture, after I stretched it, blurred it, applied a "stroke" effect and a blue tint, then put a blue gradient in the middle for no reason. The logo is taken from Wikipedia since I don't have the "Helvetica Ultra Compressed" typeface. For shame!
I drew each character entirely separately too, so I might upload them to scraps for those of you who might be interested in giving it a better look.
The individual characters though, each in mugs of their own, would kick ass.

"It always surprises me to look at Leo's comics. He acts the most normal of any author, and is the most polite and friendly. Then you read his comics and you figure out he's batshit insane. It's like two people are in that head of his." ~Penguingod
all the characters look weired but the whole pic's good. btw,I've been asking people this but few replied, so it would help if you reply; how do you digitaly color a drawing?

Well, the thing about looking weird can be explained as either a style choice or a flaw. I've taken realistic-looking characters and slapped them together in a cartoon setting; that might be tricky sometimes.
As for how it's done, I actually have redraw the picture over the original in Photoshop. But this doesn't have to be done, I'm just more comfortable with the options the tablet offers.
